I have seen/ met so many people struggling with menopause - hormonal imbalances- severe anxiety and stress / sleep problems the list goes on and on.. and I really want to help… I truly believe my soul was placed on this earth to one, mother Jessica and two, to help people.
It is a simple holistic technique that has shown amazing results over the years which makes me so happy!
