Yep, I have two girls so I know exactly how it feels.

BUT

Still take that choice YOU HAVE for self care. Its busy times like this that we are rewarded through our own disipline to SELF CARE.

Continue to show up 🧡 1 hour for you 🙏✨️

Your partner can survive whilst you do your thing 😉 team work or family work

Its not selfish its self care

You will then feeling re-energised, brighter by hitting that reset button. I know 🧡

I got referred to the physio 'eventually'

I got the sheet of paper with the excersizes on thereafter...

But

I havent done them, maybe a few times

I wont be consistent

And the injury flares up

I'll do them when I remember though

I should have just stuck with yoga, they say this will benefit me.

How far I would have come if I just kept with my practice.

Ok, lesson learnt. You were seeking practioner advice, thats fine, as we all do that.

Physio is a good initial assessment yet short term, as the disipline thereafter lyes with YOU.

What caused the injury to begin with?

Time to care of YOURSELF more 🧡

Physical & mental benefits 💯

Walking through the door, staying consistent and showing up, the benefits will come. You may feel them on your first practice, maybe later but your body will start to feel and move more better.

You feel and notice your body alot more in yoga practice. You get the option to explore your body and not push past your limitations.
