We are very pleased to welcome Dr Kate Lewington-Williams to the surgery as a salaried GP. Kate qualified from University of Birmingham Medical School in 2015. She completed her GP training and worked in the South East before returning to Worcestershire to be close to family.

We are looking to recruit a Part Time Healthcare Assistant:-

18 hours per week (plus holiday & sickness cover)

The hours will be worked over three days as follows:

Monday 8am – 4pm
Wednesday 8am – 1pm
Friday 8am – 1pm

NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Health Care desirable but not essential

SPRING COVID BOOSTERS

We are now inviting eligible patients for their spring COVID booster. Our clinic will be held on Friday 4th April for the following cohorts:-

* Patients who are 75 years and over
* Patients between 6 months - 74 years old who are immunosuppressed

If you are eligible you will receive an invitation.

We are very pleased to let you know that we are now working with the National Institute for Health Research and taking part in some medical research. The studies are very varied and have the potential to improve treatment pathways and therefore patient care. If you become eligible for a study you will receive a text which will contain a link to further information and instructions on how to take part if you wanted to. Taking part is of course optional and usual services at the surgery continue unchanged.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR DISPENSARY TEAM:-

During the Christmas period, we will only be closed on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th December and Wednesday 1st January. Other than this we are open and will dispense medication as normal.

The Friday deliveries will go ahead as normal.

This is a very busy time of year for us and we would like to advise you to order your usual medication in good time.

You do not need to order any additional quantities of your medication as this will increase our already heavy workload during December.

We would also like to take the opportunity to remind you that we require a minimum of 3 working days to dispense repeat medication requests.

Only medication issued by the GP that day will be dispensed the same day.
