If you skip your conditioning because you think it takes ages, you're out of luck.

Effective conditioning for strength sports can be done in 4–20 minute stints twice a week.

Now I've taken away your excuse,
Go run it, then let me know how you get on.

Then repeat it and look to improve, do that forever,
Because consistency and progression are really fu***ng important.

'I don’t want to get too big'... Don't worry, you won't,
Just like you won’t become an endurance athlete from doing a little cardio.

A bit of conditioning won’t make you smaller, weaker or turn you into a runner.

What it will do is help you recover between sets, `attempts or events, tolerate more volume and allow you to express the strength you’ve built.

Stop being a lazy c**t.

Unlike most strength coaches, I program cardio too.

I finally captured one yesterday.
