To celebrate my first online yoga class of the year later today I wanted to share a little bit more about my Mindfulness Yoga Classes.
Mindfulness Yoga is an embodied practice that combines yoga's physical and mental benefits with meditation's mindfulness techniques.
It involves being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and sensations in the present moment without judgment, and interconnects the rhythm, depth, and sensation of your breath with the ebb and flow of your body moving.
This not only helps you anchor yourself in the present moment promoting a stress free yoga practice, but it also enhances strength, stamina and space within your mind and body.
Within my online yoga classes you will experience intelligent sequencing that is rooted in 30 years of anatomy and physiology knowledge and interwoven into 25 years of my yoga training in, ashtanga, vinyasa, iyengar and hatha, yin and therapeutics.

Wednesdays 6.30pm - 7.45pm and Fridays 10am - 11.15am.
