Long before nursing…
Long before Shift to Shore…

There was martial arts.

I began training at 12 years of age.

For the past 29 plus years, martial arts has taught me some of life’s greatest lessons:

Discipline.
Respect.
Humility.
Resilience.

It was through martial arts—and a seminar in London—that I first discovered acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine… a moment that would completely change the direction of my life.

Funny how one moment can shape everything.
