The Barracuda Swimming Club meets every Sunday 11.30-12.30 at the Furzefield Centre, Potters Bar. The club has exclusive use of the pool and provides a safe environment for disabled people to be able to swim. People of all ages and abilities are welcome - whether you're putting your first toe in the water or are a more serious swimmer. People are also all welcome no matter the severity of physical
or learning disability. Most swimmers will begin working one-to-one with one of our volunteer instructors who will help them develop the skills and confidence needed to become safe and independent swimmers. The Barracuda Swimming Club is affiliated to http://www.halliwick.org.uk/ and teaches according to the Halliwick programme. The club is run on an entirely voluntary basis and is therefore free to attend, save for a very small annual administration fee. If you would like to join the club as a swimmer, or would like to volunteer, please send us a message through Facebook. Registered Charity Number 275663
