Well, here I am, signing off for Christmas 2024. My 25th year in herbal practice has been quite a rollercoaster! A curious mix of bewilderment, sheer joy, devastating sadness, and eventually some clarity about my new mission. Amen to that!

Sam and I are busy manifesting lots of brilliant things for 2025, and I hope you are too. It’s encouraging to see more and more people questioning how they take better care of their health. Of course there’s the inevitable push back, but nothing we haven’t seen before. The tide is definitely starting to turn now and exciting times lay ahead.

So thank you all for your support this year. I know it’s been a toughie for many of us and I’ll be raising a glass to you on Christmas Day. Here’s a little gift (??!!) for your ears from me and Leighton. Feel free to give it a like if you can, and we’ll see you on the other side.

Self love and compassion is a key part of any healing journey, particularly if you've had cancer.

So many women who've been on a cancer journey beat themselves up over it.

"I got cancer because I drank too much"
"I deserved it because I did XYZ"
"I feel awful for having put my family through it"

It might not make sense, but Michelle Hindle and I hear patients saying things like this all the time. Of course it's never any person's fault that they got cancer. Knowing that logically is one thing. Actually being able to let yourself off the hook is another thing entirely.

That's why each of our 'Menopause Mastery After Cancer' training sessions ends with a relaxing hypnomeditation. We want to make it easier to make those shifts towards self love and compassion deep in your subconscious mind. So we'll teach you some simple exercises you can use at home every day to encourage a gentler menopause after cancer treatment.

Our 6 month programme starts tonight, and we begin by looking at loving ourselves and listening to our body. We'll be exploring why self love is important, and where to start if it's a completely new concept to you.
