A simple,effective group exercise session on indoor spinning bikes. This style class is easy to follow, a great non weight bearing work out. Work up a sweat, and improve your fitness. Excellent for weight loss and strengthening your legs.

I would highly recommend Colin to anyone facing chronic pain or considering surgery. His work has been truly life-changing for me.

I came to Colin after struggling with lower back pain for over a year, caused by a slipped disc and a trapped nerve. Despite having an epidural injection, there was little improvement, and spinal surgery seemed like the only remaining option.

Colin was recommended to me as a last resort before going down the surgical route — and I’m incredibly grateful he was. After working with him over a three-month period, I no longer need surgery. My trapped nerve has released, and the sciatica has completely gone.

These playful, low-intensity workshops encourage a curious mind, helping you reconnect with your body and improve your movement habits. They will also challenge your movement beliefs, and will facilitate your movements to become more efficient and reflexive, helping you strip away the familiar grip of muscular habits. I call them familiar, because they often go unnoticed- until pain makes them impossible to ignore.

Expected benefits: Movement restores balance, allowing the body to functional optimally and with less strain; and when the spine feels free and healthy, you will feel free and healthy!

I’m here for a fortnight as part of my 4 year Feldenkrais training journey….and just found Bala born Betsi Cadwaladr’s grave…..what else am I supposed to do on a day off😆….helluva woman…fiercely independent and challenged established medical norms of the day to improve care for wounded soldiers. A Welsh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿nurse who served alongside Florence Nightingale during the Crimean War. Apparently, her and Flo didn’t get on.
