🧡 Something I have learnt over the last 6 months is listening to my heart and my intuition.
Choosing to heal my heart, clearing the grief, guilt & shame has cleared my path and guided me back to a place of love.
With love comes peace, forgiveness, power, and healthy boundaries.
From this, I am being called to offer you something beautiful, something grounded, something nurturing and real 🧡

Just a little message I feel drawn to sharing, this is for everyone but particularly those who may be struggling at the moment.

🪽✨️Angel prayers cards - Spiritual abundance is all around you. I know times are tough right now. We are in the midst of winter, the days are cold & damp. We've not seen much sun, but the angels are asking you to turn your awareness to all the blessings you have in your life. Whether it be your health, your children, grandchildren, pets, your home, that nice warm cup of tea, or a hot dinner on the table.
Feel into that warmth, feel into that love ❤️ you are loved, you are strong, you are abundant in so many ways, we just need to focus on the positive things in life to help us through the harder times ❤️

Hello and welcome. My name is Verity, and I’m the founder of Solraya Wellness - a sacred space created for those who feel called to slow down, reconnect, and return to their inner balance.

Solraya is for you if you’re open to spirituality, seeking deep healing, and longing for grounding, release, and energetic alignment.
This is a space to soften, to breathe, and to come home to yourself.
From my private studio, I offer:

💫 Quantum Reiki Healing

🎶 1–1 Sound Healing Sessions

🌙 Intuitive Soul Circle (held monthly in a local village hall)

Each session is intuitively guided and lovingly held, supporting you to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your natural state of calm, clarity, and wholeness.

Solraya Wellness is also available for retreats, group gatherings, and special occasions, bringing healing sound and energy work into shared, intentional spaces.
