With the festive season approaching, make sure you’ve got your prescriptions sorted in plenty of time 🎄

Not using the NHS App? No problem, there are other options, though they may vary by GP practice:

Local community pharmacist, Alex Carrasco, spoke to BBC Radio Shropshire about the importance of winter vaccinations. For the first time, children aged 2-3 can now get the flu nasal spray vaccine at community pharmacies.

If your child is aged 2 to 3 years, book an appointment at a pharmacy or speak to your GP practice.

The vaccine is quick, simple and effective. For school-aged children, look out for a consent letter so they can get vaccinated at school.
