Happy Birthday Coach Jake 🎉🎂

Jake joined us as a coach delivering PE and Mentoring sessions in the Primary Schools 🏫
Making such an impact with his delivery, work ethic and enthusiasm, he was then moved into our Post 16 Football Scholarship Programme where he continues to perform.
