✨ Flashback to the lockdown days… ✨
A memory popped up this morning…my old group PT timetable.
Back then, I was offering 1-1 sessions in the day, PT every evening, and yoga on the weekends.
It hit me how much I was still doing, even though I’d already left my old career, my ‘old life’.
I was only 2 years into recovering from burnout - still learning how to rest, how to slow down, how to be still.
And yet, I hadn’t realised just how much I was still living in the fast lane.
Now, years later, I’ve shifted more than I thought possible.
I crave slowness. I rest with ease. I feel healed - comforted in stillness.
And I’m so grateful, not just for the balance I’ve found…
But for the chance to support other women in finding theirs too. 🌿
