❄️ A Little December Update ❄️

Hi lovely yogis! 💛
Just popping on to share a little check-in as we head deeper into these chilly winter days.

When the weather gets colder, our bodies naturally tense up, tight shoulders, stiff backs, grippy hamstrings, achy hips… it’s all completely normal. But it’s also a gentle reminder of how important it is to keep moving during this time of year. Even 10 minutes of stretching can make a huge difference.

🧘‍♀️ Class Dates
My last yoga class of the year will be Friday 12th December, and then I’ll be taking a little Christmas break.
Classes will start back again on Tuesday 6th January.
Pop the dates in your diary if you can!

Lately, I’ve been so busy teaching and creating classes for others that my own practice slipped to the side a little. 💭

Today, I finally stepped back on my mat, no plan, no pressure, just me, my breath, and a few moments to move. And I was reminded how much I love this practice. 🌿

It’s easy to get caught up helping others or ticking off the to-do list, but we also need to refill our own cup. 💛

So if you’ve fallen out of your routine, this is your gentle reminder that it’s okay. Just step back on the mat. Even five or ten minutes can shift how you feel.
