When Jamie Lee came to me, she struggled with motivation due to back and shoulder pain. This left her with low energy, making even walks a challenge, let alone other workouts!

She wasn’t a fan of the weights section but knew that’s where she’d grow… so that’s where we focused!

In just 4 weeks, Jamie has lost an incredible 4kg!

Before, Paul’s training was very sporadic and lacked any kind of structure. From heavy cardio one day to a weight session that was all over the place the next.

He overate without knowing and couldn’t understand why he was carrying a little extra pounds around.

After seeing his wife Adele’s, another one of my clients, transformation he decided it was time to take action and dig deeper into learning why he couldn’t shift the extra weight he had.

We tailored a nutrition plan fit to his goals, and educated him on proper training and cardio.

He uses the app for ease and doesn’t even have to think, everything is pre planned for him!

When Tony came to me, he was stuck.

Struggling with motivation, juggling long hours in the Army, and feeling like he’d lost his spark.

He knew what he wanted, he just didn’t know how to get there.

So we built a plan around his schedule, trained smart, and focused on fuelling his body the right way.

Fast forward 12 weeks…
He’s up 8KG, leaner, stronger, and more confident than ever.

We increased his food as his body responded, kept him consistent with strength training, and added in the right amount of cardio to support his goals.

The result? His best shape yet backed by serious commitment, discipline, and the support of our coaching community.

When Craig first came to me, his training lacked structure and his nutrition was all over the place.

He couldn’t understand why he wasn’t building muscle — and constantly felt hungry, even after meals.

We created a simple, effective plan:
✅ A training programme focused on muscle growth
✅ A nutrition protocol built around whole foods and enough protein to actually fuel progress

Fast forward 6 months , he’s gained 10kg, dropped body fat, and looks the best he ever has.
