3 versions of Frog press with feet in straps. Great for improving Hip mobility, core strength and stability, toning bum and thighs. Why would you jot!

3 Ways of performing the same (Leg lift) exercise with feet in straps! These are all great for core muscles including abdominals and glutes (bum), as well as Hamstrings and Quads (front and back of legs). Great for strength, toning, improving control in movement and flattening and tightening that waist and tum! ̇lates

Amanda has been part of the Nu You Team for almost 2 years now and is an amazing instructor with over 30 years experience in the industry! As well as teaching Pilates Mat & Reformer Amanda has a background in personal fitness training and a degree in Sports Science.

Amanda really enjoys helping people learn and improve their bodies through progressive movement, helping her clients to think about exercise in terms of what your body can do not what it can't.
