🌸 Dear Yoga Family 🌸

Over the years, we’ve shared so many beautiful moments — from our roots in Chorlton, to a heartfelt chapter in Horwich, and now… a new beginning has been unfolding 🌿

At the start of this year, we opened the doors to our new home:
💜 One Yoga Sale (M33)
A warm, welcoming space where the community spirit continues to grow.

Many of you have already joined us on the mat (thank you 🙏), and for those we haven’t seen in a while — we’d truly love to welcome you back. All of our classes, workshops, and events are now held at the Sale studio.

The reality is that we try to be a really welcoming place for men, women and everything in between!!!

It’s a personal journey that will give you the joy of movement; strength and flexibility and nourishment for the soul.
