Weekly Yoga Classes in Fowey & St Austell with Bonnie ✨
With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, I’m delighted to share this range of yoga classes in Fowey & St Austell, designed to support all levels and all bodies.
Classes are rooted in the fundamental elements of yoga: movement, breath and focus, with modifications offered to reflect the reality that no two bodies are the same.
🧘♀️ Class styles:
🪶Gentle Hatha Yoga – modified flows and poses with supportive movement and options throughout. Ideal if you’re a beginner or if you simply want to feel more ease in your body.
🧱Hatha Yoga – a combination of movement, mobility and breathwork, with alignment cues or assists where wanted. Suitable for all levels.
🪷Cocoon Yoga – deeply nourishing and calming. Using a blend of Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, you’ll experience stillness and relaxation to support your nervous system and help you properly switch off and reset.
My classes are inclusive, light-hearted and adaptable, designed for real people, real bodies, and real life. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply wanting to move and rest in a supportive space, there’s a class for you.
