This class is slow, supportive and adaptable, with options throughout.

Perfect if you’re:

Isn’t it amazing how nature provides us with these cycles again and again, offering us permission to begin again?

The New Moon marks the end of a cycle. As the old moon closes, there’s an invitation to let go of what no longer serves you and make space for something new.
A pause point, where reflection and fresh intentions can gently take root.

The vibrations of a sound bath give the mind a chance to settle into theta brainwave states… the same state associated with deep meditation, creativity and subconscious change.

When the body feels safe and deeply relaxed, the brain becomes more receptive, allowing chosen words or intentions to land more fully and begin forming new, supportive neural pathways.

This isn’t woo woo, it’s neural science.
And it’s why the state we’re in matters just as much as the words we choose.

This isn’t about forcing anything or “positive thinking.”
It’s about creating the right conditions for clarity, steadiness and new possibilities to birth.

I’ll guide you through a very simple, accessible way to choose a word or phrase that aligns with the energy you’re ready to bring in, something you can return to long after the session ends.

If you’ve had a rocky time lately, this can be a powerful moment to recalibrate, or even quietly reinvent yourself.

Do everyday movements feel harder than they should?
Putting your socks on.
Twisting to reverse the car.
Getting down low in the kitchen to retrieve that crock pot you haven’t used for years.

These are often early signs that strength, mobility and stability need a bit more attention, especially if you spend time sitting, driving, or repeating the same movements day after day.

This is where Hatha Yoga comes in.

An hour of purposeful movement each week that builds:
• functional strength
• joint mobility
• balance and coordination
• postural awareness

So your body works better in real life… not just on the mat.

It also has a powerful knock-on effect:

• better-quality sleep

If your body or mind is craving stillness, clarity and a proper reset… this is your invitation 🫶

I’m excited to be offering these two Sound Bath experiences over the coming weeks, both aligned with potent lunar energy and designed to help you gently recalibrate, rather than push or fix anything.

🌑 Saturday 18th January - New Moon Sound Bath
A time for new beginnings, intention-setting and clearing space.
Perfect if you’re wanting to start the year feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.

🌕 Saturday 1st February - Full Moon ‘Snow Moon’ Sound Bath
A deeply nourishing session to soften, release and restore, especially if you’ve been holding a lot or feeling depleted.

Both sessions include:
✨ A guided settling meditation / Yoga Nidra
✨ Tibetan & crystal bowls, gong and chimes
✨ Deep rest for the nervous system
✨ A small, cosy group setting

No experience needed, just come as you are.

Weekly Yoga Classes in Fowey & St Austell with Bonnie ✨

With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, I’m delighted to share this range of yoga classes in Fowey & St Austell, designed to support all levels and all bodies.

Classes are rooted in the fundamental elements of yoga: movement, breath and focus, with modifications offered to reflect the reality that no two bodies are the same.

🧘‍♀️ Class styles:

🪶Gentle Hatha Yoga – modified flows and poses with supportive movement and options throughout. Ideal if you’re a beginner or if you simply want to feel more ease in your body.

🧱Hatha Yoga – a combination of movement, mobility and breathwork, with alignment cues or assists where wanted. Suitable for all levels.

🪷Cocoon Yoga – deeply nourishing and calming. Using a blend of Yin, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, you’ll experience stillness and relaxation to support your nervous system and help you properly switch off and reset.

My classes are inclusive, light-hearted and adaptable, designed for real people, real bodies, and real life. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply wanting to move and rest in a supportive space, there’s a class for you.

Parasympathetic gold ✨

This Christmas Eve hasn’t looked how I imagined.

A few unexpected twists this week, plans reshuffled, adrenaline lingering… and a body that finally said, enough.

So today I followed the sunlight instead.
A quiet stomp through the trees.
A welcome massage for my eyeballs.
Low winter sun on my face.
Breath slowing. Shoulders dropping.

Nature does that… it helps your nervous system come home.
Pure parasympathetic gold 💛

No fixing. No forcing festive cheer.
Just listening, resting, and letting that be enough.

This two-hour workshop is an invitation to begin the new year with clarity, warmth, and a gentle lift in energy.

Not a new year, new you situation.
More of a come back to yourself kind of morning.

Here’s what we’ll explore together:

✨ Nourishing poses (asana) to ease the body open
✨ Breathwork (pranayama practices) to steady your inner rhythm
✨ Breath-led movement to gently energise as you move through the asanas
✨ Guided meditation to reconnect with your inner compass
✨ Deep rest and space to simply ‘be’

There’s no pressure to perform.
No need to be “fit,” flexible, or ready.
You don’t need a plan for the year ahead.

Begin the year by aligning with yourself.
After the rush of the holidays, this is an opportunity to arrive in 2026 on the mat, and back into your body.

Hosting these two evenings truly filled my cup more than I can put into words. I left both nights with that rare feeling of being completely topped up to the brim (and not just with the food!).

Yoga has never just been about what happens on the mat for me. It’s about the people, the conversations, the laughter, the support — and above all, connection (my biggest value). These Christmas dinners were such a beautiful way to really drop into that ❣️

Some of you I’ve been teaching for years, some more recently, but seeing everyone gathered together, sharing food, stories, and the dodgy Christmas cracker jokes, felt very special indeed.

Thank you for showing up week after week. For trusting me with your bodies, your breath, and sometimes your hearts too ❤️‍🩹

I feel incredibly grateful for this community 🤎
And a big thank you to and for your attentive staff and beautiful ideas for the meals.

Your body has its own language.
It speaks through breath…
through tension or softness…
through heaviness, restlessness,
or the moments when everything feels like too much.

I wasn’t always very good at listening to mine.
Like many people, I lived mostly in my head…

pushing through, overriding the signals, not really feeling what was going on underneath.

Yoga practice became the place where I learned again.
Where I noticed how much I was holding.
Where I remembered how to soften.
How to pause.
How to come back into my body.

Cocoon and Hatha offer that same quiet space…
to notice, to soften, and to reconnect gently,
without forcing, fixing, or performing.
