£12.30 per hour | 14–15 hours per week

What you’ll do:

Welcome patients with a smile 😊

Answer calls, emails & manage bookings

Take payments & update records

Keep our reception & practice spotless

Make reminder and follow-up calls

Help with admin tasks – filing, stock checks, scanning, posting letters

What we need from you:

Responsible, caring, and optimistic personality 🌟

Excellent communication skills

IT-literate & quick to learn new systems

A “can-do” attitude and attention to detail

Happy to adapt and pitch in wherever needed

Hours: 14–15 hours per week

Must include Monday + one other day (ideally Thursday)

Hannah has now been with 2 weeks now and she’s already making a fantastic impression. 💪✨

Hannah will be assisting the clinic by delivering:

We are hosting another Open day in our Reformer studio 💐

Saturday 29th March from 9am to 11am Celebrating all Mothers on Mothers Day weekend. 👩‍👦
