After 20 years of training, Scot was doing everything right, but the results just weren’t adding up. He felt something was missing… and he was right.

You’re eating clean… but your joints still ache? I’ve heard this so many times

It might not be your age or your training. It could be your food 😮
Specifically: oxalates.

Oxalates are compounds found in many “healthy” foods like spinach, almonds, and sweet potato. (This doesn’t mean these foods are unhealthy)

But if you’re genetically sensitive (and many people over 40 are), they can cause inflammation, joint pain, and even kidney issues.

Your detox genes, B-vitamin metabolism, and gut health all influence how well you handle oxalates.

That’s why I use DNA methylation testing in all of my coaching.
