I lived in Taiwan for 2 years and this was the name that my Chinese teacher, Elena gave to me. I am a qualified full time yoga teacher and my other passions include Muay Thai Kickboxing, running, weight lifting, cycling and the outdoors. I have always been a massi

My approach aims to restore balance within the body, taking into account the person’s whole being not just their physical symptoms.
