A bit about Lyn
Lyn has over 20 years’ of experience of working as a Holistic Practitioner; she has worked with survivors from Bosnia, with life changing injuries and profound trauma, adults affected by substance use and mental health issues, people experiencing chronic and enduring pain.
Currently working as a Shamanic and Holistic Practitioner, Lagu Witch - creating runic water infusions, Poet and Textile Creator Lyn offers guidance and healing, creating sacred space as she takes clients on a journey of encouragement and awakening drawing together Shamanic Healing, Sacred Art, Reiki, Crystals, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Well Woman (Womb) Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Lyn’s offerings are one to one as well as Circle Work/Workshops/Day Retreats and also is a Reiki Master Teacher.
Lyn’s passion is working creatively with women bringing them back home to themselves reconnecting with their inner wisdom and knowing; exploring the sacred feminine, their seasons and cycles of life alongside working with the Moon particularly around the menopause, from the time leading into the peri-menopause all the way through and out the other side.
A life changing journey began for Lyn in March 2018 during an Introduction to Sacred Art with Imelda Almqvist. Stirring the inner child and bringing creativity back to the surface. Lyn now incorporates Sacred Art into her practice.
