On Friday the 15th of May 2026 we are asking you to join us as we go back to nature with an Elemental Retreat inspired by the 5 elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Spirit and set on the wonderful "Môn Mam Cymru" “The Mother of Wales” Anglesey.

Staying at the fabulous Capel Seion, a Welsh Methodist Chapel dating from 1806 but now totally refurbished for the 21st century. On the outside it shows its history and spirit, on the inside it is 5 star all the way.

Located just a stone’s throw from the Aberffraw estuary and the Anglesey coastal path this Grade 2 listed chapel offers a sanctuary of peace.

We will celebrate the Earth as we walk the path, the Air as we learn to breathe again, the Water as we cleanse in the clear Irish sea, the Fire as we celebrate with our Cacao Ceremony on the beach warmed by an open log fire and our Spirit flows back to us.

This fully catered 2-night retreat offering Dinner, Bed, and Breakfast starts at £409 for a single bed in a twin room.

We can also offer the option of a leisurely 3rd night with breakfast for just £39pp for you to take your time and return home when you are ready on the Monday.

We are working on the itinerary which will include Yoga, Gong and Sound Bath, Sea swimming (or paddling), Sauna on the beach, Elemental Cacao Ceremony on the beach and much more.

We have also booked the village hall for the weekend for our craft sessions, sound baths and meditations.

This will be a much different retreat to our Glastonbury retreats as we reconnect with nature and disconnect from everything else, leaving behind the hustle and bustle and being truly with ourselves.

Twin bedrooms with two single beds - £409pp sharing with 1 other – sharing a large family bathrooms with separate shower.

Wise words indeed, not mine of course but every word of our accredited courses are.
After decades of accumulative experience our courses are researched, written, presented and most importantly practiced by ourselves and have been for nearly 30 years.
We have limited spaces now available on the EFV, and Sound bath facilitator course, Reiki 2 is fully booked and the rest are filling nicely.
We are working on 2026 dates and later this week will be revealing a 12 month fast track package of all Reiki levels, EFV, Crystal Healing and Aromatherapy foundation, spreading the cost and the learning across the 12 months leaving our students business ready.
All our courses are accredited by International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine to provide further proof of excellence and are in person face to face trainings
