This month, we’re celebrating a huge milestone. 11 years of Mountain Healthcare!
🎉🎉 🎉

Since day one, our mission has been clear: to deliver expert, compassionate, and reliable healthcare wherever it’s needed. Over the past 11 years, we've grown, adapted, and stayed committed to the people and communities we serve.

In just the last year alone, we’ve supported:

• 14,771 survivors of sexual violence with specialist, compassionate care
• 99,583 detainees in custody with professional, respectful healthcare

This anniversary is a reflection of the incredible dedication of our team, the trust of our partners, and the strength of the communities we serve. Thank you for being part of our journey.

Here's to 11 years of impact and many more to come!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
1 in 5.
That’s how many people will experience a mental illness in any given year. That person might be sitting next to you on the bus. They might live in your home. It may be your coworker. They could be a member of your family. They might even be you.
Even if mental illness isn’t your personal battle, it touches your life through someone you know and love. We are all connected—and so is our mental health.

💚 It's Mental Health Awareness Week, and we're proud to stand together in support of mental well-being for all. We’re taking action by sharing mental health resources, encouraging open conversations and promoting well-being activities.

Mental health matters every day, but especially this week. Let’s break the stigma, support each other, and prioritise our well-being.

🧏‍♂️🚨 Deaf Awareness Week – Know About the 999 BSL App 🚨🧏‍♀️

If you or someone you know uses British Sign Language (BSL), did you know that there's a direct way to contact emergency services — no need to speak or text.

The '999 BSL' app allows deaf BSL users to make a video call to a BSL interpreter, who will then communicate with the emergency services on your behalf — whether you need:
🚑 Ambulance
🚓 Police
🚒 Fire service
🛟 Coastguard

It's free to use, available 24/7 and fast and accessible in emergencies. This service can help to save lives ❤️ Download the app or find out more here 👉 https://ow.ly/EOfT50VOp05
