Thankyou to Paul Rogers for introducing our small group to the famous Sakya teachings on "Parting from the Four Attachments", last Saturday 19th at St Annes Chapel in the heart of North Devon.
As Paul suggested "We have had a short look at the roadmap to Enlightenment now we need to step out onto the Path through the practice of study reflection and meditation."
We will be starting a new evening meditation/study group in Barnstaple this September. More details coming soon...

Our Story

After almost ten years offering public meditation classes North Devon Sakya Group now meets privately. We follow the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Mahayana Buddhism through study, meditation and Vajrayana pujas. We also meet regularly with our friends Exeter Sakya Buddhist Group for short meditation retreats. As devoted students of Lama Jampa Thaye and HH Sakya Trichen we attend Dharma teachings and Initiations whenever possible. Contact 01237 421903 for details
