Ok so after getting my head around everything i need to know about this treatment i would like to now launch The lymphatic drainage treatment to you all.
I say treatment because this definitely is not a massage. I will be using very light pressure circular and pulsing movements all over the body to boost the lymphatic system in the body.
There are many benefits to stimulating the lymphatic system like helping water retention by 20%, boosting the immune system to help the body fight off common illness like colds and flu, helping with pain with illness like fibromyalgia or rheumatism, aids digestive problems, its a great detoxification and great for stress, anxiety and people with low energy. These are just afew examples of the most popular benefits but please do message me if you want to ask any questions on specific things you would like help with.
There are some contra-indications to this treatment unfortunately, the first being clients with cancer and any undiagnosed lumps. Also Major heart problems, serious circulatory problems or malignant melanomas. They are the big no nos however i would also need to discuss in your consultation if you have any of the following:
Diabetes, low blood pressure, lymphoedema, thyroid problems, kidney problems, bronchial asthma, epilepsy, removal of spleen, organ transplant and joint replacement.
During your treatment you will feel light pressure circular and pulsing movements going towards to main lymph nodes, it feels nice and relaxing and i will be offering a 10 min either head or foot massage to make you feel relaxed even more before your lymph treatment. Im offering a 1 hour treatment but have decided to also offer a course of 3 for anyone that feels they need it. This can be used once a week or once a month but needs to be used within a 3 month period.
After your treatment you could feel thirsty, or light headed, you could wee or sweat abit, everyone is completely different but it all just means is working and your body is releasing that fluid and toxins.
