Tomorrow is Remembrance day and as we remember, we also honour the bravery and sacrifice of all the men and women who's lives were lost or forever changed while fighting for our freedom and serving our country.
You may not know of their names or recall their faces, but you'll have heard of the deeds and the ultimate sacrifices they made. They gave their lives for us so we could live free. This is why we must never forget.
So at the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month
WE WILL REMEMBER THEM πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ•š

They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

We have been providing a personal service to the local community since my grandfather established the company in 1929, being both funeral directors and builders.

Shortly after the second world war my father Raymond joined the business and worked alongside my grandfather until 1959 when he retired.
