This program does what is says in the title, it aims to help you lose up to 2 stone (12.5kg) in 4 months.
Why this program is different.
Before taking on such a challenge, it is important to have your consultation call so you can understand what is involved and for you to get to know your coach.
This gives you a chance to ask questions, concerns and to see if it is going to be right for you!
Workouts can be tailored for the gym, home, outside or a combination of all 3!
