🍂Slow cooker season 🍂

So I had no idea what I was going for with this, started out with sausages, onions, mushrooms and carrotts, then got suck on what to put with it! I was thinking to add stock and gravy then I found this recipe for a type of casserole https://www.dontgobaconmyheart.co.uk/sausage-casserole/

I will be having this with cauliflower rice so left out the potatoes

Sorry for the radio silence....

This is Jackie your class instructor and admin lady.

I'm sorry for the lack of social media over the past 6 weeks. I sadly lost my mum very suddenly and unexpectedly to a heart attack.

We said 'see you later' to Mum yesterday with the most beautiful service, our wonderful neice Charlotte Jones read a beautiful eulogy capturing Mums personality and love so perfectly.

Mum was the most beautiful, kind, caring, supportive, loving and generous person who will forever be missed.

Thank you everyone who has supported me through losing Mum, your kind words and cards will be cherished.
