The course will build up over 6 weeks, introducing you to the yoga postures, safe alignment and breathing techniques. Yoga works on both strength and length for your muscles, so you will get not only a full body stretch and toning session, you’ll also experience the calming benefits of simple meditation and relaxation techniques - ones that you can take with you into everyday life.

Join me on Tuesdays at 10am at next to the Tesco’s on Airfield Way, Hornchurch. A lovely studio space and such welcoming community, all ages and abilities welcome 🤗 (Parking is free in the Tesco car park!)

Open to both members and non-members of the gym. Drop In bookings are welcome and can be made by creating an account on the Class Timetable page of the Girls Allowed website 🙌
