This week is Screen Free Week - a good reminder to give your eyes a rest! 👀
Staring at screens all day (and we're all guilty of it) can cause tired, dry or strained eyes.
The 20-20-20 rule is a simple way to help: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
If your eyes are regularly feeling tired or uncomfortable, it might be worth popping in for an eye test. We're here to help. 😊👓

It’s not always obvious. Some children won’t mention it, and small signs can be easy to miss.

Things to look out for:
• sitting very close to screens
• headaches or squinting
• rubbing their eyes repeatedly

With half term coming up, it’s a great time to get their eyes checked.
Remember NHS eye tests are free for all children under 16.
