I got a lovely review from one of my caesarean scar therapy clients. This is such an effective therapy, and much needed as lots of women end up having caesarean births. Whether it’s a planned one, unplanned or emergency, women are often left with issues. Get in touch if you’d like to find out more. I work on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons, and I can also have availability on Monday and Friday evenings if needed.

Book yourself some me time with one of my therapies. I’ve even got a brand new treatment room! It’s so peaceful and cosy.

My holistic full body massage lasts either 75 minutes or 90 minutes, I’ve stopped the 60 minute ones as it’s just not enough time!

For the caesarean scar therapy, this is a specialist treatment and the first one is a consultation plus treatment lasting 75 minute, follow up visits are 60 minutes. This can be started 8 weeks post birth.

I've slightly tweaked my opening hours for therapies for 2026.

I am now going to be offering Caesarean Scar Therapy on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons.

The first visit is a consultation which lasts 75 minutes and it is £70.

One hour follow up visits are £60.

You can also buy 5 one hour therapy sessions which are valid for 1 year, and that is £250.

You must be at least 8 weeks post op to start this therapy.

Zen baby massage course starting back on Tuesday 13th January.

This is a 5 week course, for babies over 4 weeks and up until crawling.

Every Tuesday 10.30-12, oil is included and we have tea and coffee after each class.

You will learn really easy and effective massage techniques to do at home with your baby.
