It’s watching YOU, as parents slowly growing in confidence — and hearing the beautiful words you share about how the classes make you feel.

Seeing you relax, trust yourselves, and truly enjoy the water with your babies is something I never take for granted. Thank you for inviting me into such tender moments ✨

I’m really enjoying working with this group of mums and babies, some have been coming to the studio since early pregnancy, so it’s great to see them back with their babies! I really appreciate every student, and love the long term relationships that we build together. I couldn’t love my job any more!

Hi everyone my baby massage class at the Leisureplex is at the slightly later time of 12-1 for the time being. It’s still in the same room, for babies over 4 weeks. Don’t forget to bring a natural oil with you and a blanket. See you all tomorrow!

There are still a few spaces left in this 5 week baby massage course staring on Tuesday 13th January. It’s for babies over 4 weeks.

Every week we do massage with the babies, some baby yoga and reflexology, some sensory and tummy time, then have tea and coffee after.

It’s a lovely class, the babies love it and can have a great sleep after!

My first zen baby massage course of 2026 starts on Tuesday 13th January from 10.30-12. It’s a 5 week course.

We do massage, yoga and reflexology followed by tea and coffee every week.

This course is great for things like sleep issues, reflux, colic, constipation and more!

Thanks to everyone who came to the last Zen Baby class of 2025! I’m finished now until the 7th January in and the 13th . I’ve really loved working with you all this past year, and getting to know the babies. Happy first Christmas to them all!

The theme today was feet, but also we got chatting about tiredness and how it’s hard to deal with sleeplessness in the early months of baby’s life. It’s not an easy job, and some of the mums have other young kids too! So be kind to anyone you know with young babies and children, they are often going through things that they may not necessarily tell you about. I love to have these chats in class. See you all next week!
