There's often yoga on a Tuesday at Earls Croome village hall. 7pm. The birds sing and once a month the church bells ring. It's gorgeous. We do a gentle and simple flow and move our bodies in beneficial ways. There is a space or two for a couple more people... please get in touch if that could be you! Today I was invited to do a cacao and card reading mine ceremony on my sitting room floor. And the card I choose .... Saraswati!!! My goddess! Saraswati is my yoga name. She is the goddess of creativity. It felt so magical that this was the card I got.
