Honouring the life and work of Michel Odent, a pioneer who forever changed the way we understand and support birth. 💙

He was well known for introducing the concept of the birth pool, giving women the chance to labour and birth in water - a gift I am personally grateful for, having used a birth pool twice myself!

His wisdom reminded us that birth is a natural process, deserving of respect, patience, and gentleness. May his legacy continue to inspire generations of mothers, families, and caregivers. 🌿🕊️
