Women’s Health & Wellbeing Day – Woodchurch

Join us for a special Women’s Health & Wellbeing Day hosted by Healthier Neighbourhoods in collaboration with Healthier West Wirral PCN and Woodchurch Connect.

Friday 27th March 2026
10:00am – 2:00pm
Methodist Church Hall, Woodchurch, CH49 8JL

This empowering community event is designed to celebrate, support and bring together women in the Woodchurch community. Come along to learn more about your health, connect with local services, and take time for your wellbeing. There’ll also be taster activity sessions so dress comfortably!

What’s happening on the day:
• Health information and advice
• Health checks
• Holistic therapies
• Wake up Shake up Session 10am / Relaxation Session 11am / Afternoon activity session
• Social Prescribing Café
• Support and signposting from local organisations
• Community Pop Ups
• Refreshments provided

You’ll also have the chance to meet and chat with a range of local groups and health organisations who are here to support women’s wellbeing.

🌟 CCB Mental Health currently has funded counselling spaces available for children and young people aged 7 and over.
These 1‑to‑1 sessions are delivered by qualified and accredited therapists and can support a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, low mood, school pressures, bullying, exam stress, eating‑related worries and challenges linked to SEND. If suitable, young people can access up to 10 sessions, with a response expected within 48 hours and an appointment offered within 7–10 days.

We love a quick turnaround, and this one was pretty much instant.

A little girl and her dad are now all sorted. Thanks to the incredible kindness of our village, she now has a new bed, cosy bedding, books, toys, and a toy box of her own.

It’s amazing what can happen when a community pulls together so quickly. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make this happen. ❤️

The Positivitree will be hosting peer support sessions for anyone caring for a child with additional needs or working with a social worker. Children are welcome, and meetings take place across Brassey Gardens Family Hub and Seacombe Family Hub.
