Hi everyone
Outside the hoole road hub the is a Defibrillator..
Question- If there ever came a time it needed to be used to save someones life would you know how to effectively use it????
On MONDAY 22nd JULY at 2pm if you are free then pop down to Hoole Road hub.
Julie's friend John who is an ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT INSTRUCTOR and CLINICAL SITE COORDINATOR at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital and he is popping in to give us a demonstration on ADULT & PAEDRIATRIC BASIC LIFE SUPPORT.
During the demonstration John will show you how to-
Correctly use a defibrillator.
Give basic first aid.
Managing unwell patients.
Anaphylaxis
How to help a choking adult/child.
Please feel free to join us for an hour and gain knowledge on how you could possibly save someone's life if you are ever in that position.
At the end of the demonstration John will be available to answer any questions or queries you might have.

Week 5 of our Cancer Wellbeing Event takes place tomorrow Paxton Medical Group, Claughton Wed 15th October 11am-12noon. If you're living with cancer or supporting someone who is, please come and join us. It's a warm and welcoming group, refreshments provided.
Tomorrow we'll be joined by Ryan from Wirral Hospice St John's who'll be coming to speak with the group, provide support and answer any questions.
