We had a lovely afternoon at Ness Gardens. It was warm and sometimes sunny and once or twice a drop of rain, but only a drop. 😀. We got three buses to get there this time. We stopped at Starbucks Clatterbridge for lunch and got the 487 from there to Ness. Just a few photos.

Just thought I'd post a reminder of the therapies that I offer. I'm hoping to start posting more info about how my therapies may help you to feel better very soon. I've just got to find the right words and content to post. My current clients and I know how much they help, even if its just to help them relax for their treatment time. It may all help your general wellbeing.

OK so I am qualified in aromatherapy massage, which is relaxing more than deep massage. Also qualified in Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, I have attended courses on fertility & maternity reflexology, reflexology lymph drainage which is helpful for people who are going through cancer treatment and has good results for patients with lymphedema. I have also attended courses on reflexology for cancer care and finger free reflexology. I am a reiki master in Usui reiki and have started my training in Angelic reiki some years ago. and I am also trained in holistic facials and use Tropic products which have no nasty chemicals in them.

So there you are. I have also done other training courses but these are the main ones and the most popular ones. You can check them out on my website www.ruthsmart.co.uk I am not happy with the wording which describes the treatments that I offer but I will be working on changing that as soon as I can get my head around it. lol. Sorry for the long post. x

Good morning everyone. It was so lovely to meet up with some old school friends yesterday afternoon. I have to admit that the names of most of them I knew but after all these years the faces were a bit different so didn't recognise quite a few of them so I apologise for that. It was great to catch up with them though. To think I left school in 1973 and still keep in touch with some of my school friends is quite amazing. lol. Sooo have a great day everyone and I hope the sun keeps shining. xx

Hello Tuesday. We got quite a lot done at Brian's house in Wallasey yesterday so hopefully it's OK for the viewing today and the lady likes it. Then we are off to Chester to meet up with an old school friend who is visiting the UK from his home in Spain. I think there will be a gang of us so it will be great to catch up.

Good morning and happy Monday. No yoga for me today, our teacher can't make it. So we're off to Brian's house in Wallasey to get some cleaning done before a potential tenant viewing tomorrow. It looks a bit wet and miserable out there at the moment and the forecast isn't great so stay safe and hope Storm Floris goes the other way. ###

I just love Port Sunlight. Such a pretty place and the farmers market was great. Had to get some cheese and eggs from my usual suppliers. Definitely going again next month. Had to take some photos
