I'm Vicky. I probably should've done one of these intro posts a long time ago but hey, better late than never.
I have practiced yoga for the past 12 years and have been teaching for 9 of those. I found yoga during my path into teaching fitness classes and fell in love with the practice and how it made me feel. Movement has always been like therapy to me and I love being able to share that with others. Whether that's going for a run, dancing at a rave or doing a class at the gym; I quite literally love it all.
Yoga is more than just movement. It is self enquiry! It has helped me to love and accept myself; which is a journey I'm still on. It has also taught me to slow down and find joy in simplicity. I am in my element when I'm outdoors exploring, so naturally, beach yoga became my ultimate happy place.
I have two beautiful children; Anja and Riley. They are my greatest achievement to date and they are also the reason I need to do more yoga; to keep me flexible, strong and more importantly, SANE!
