Cancellation Policy Update 🀍

Just a little update to my cancellation policy for my indoor classes. I’ve been getting a lot of same-day cancellations, which means those spots often can’t be filled and others miss out.

Here is my new cancellation policy going forward:

~ You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours prior to your scheduled class.

~ For cancellations a Β£1.00 admin cost will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to you within 7 business days.

~ For rescheduled classes there is no charge.

~ If you cancel within the 12 hours leading up to the start of the class then unfortunately, no refund will be offered.

8 class passes available for Β£45 (use anytime within 6 months)

Classes will resume on the 14th January. I will be giving verbal cues predominantly for the first few classes as I regain my strength and mobility post surgery.

To book onto a class, just hit the 'Book Now' button at the top of my page and select the class you want to come to.

If it won't let you book a class, it means the class is full. Please join the waiting list and keep an eye on your emails, as there's usually some cancellations on the day or day before.

To buy an 8 class pass, hit the Book Now' button at the top of my page and select "view products/packages". Please note you still have to book each class you come to, you will have a code to enter at the payment page.

If you haven't been to this venue before please check your booking email as the address and postcode are on there.

Christmas 2025...

Picture perfect (as always on instagram). The reality though, hobbling around after these two on crutches for the last 5 weeks has been bloody hard work!! Then we had a great idea to host Christmas at ours 🀣πŸ₯΄

I have to say a huge thank you to our family and friends that have helped us. We genuinely couldn't have done life without you all recently. It's been a struggle.

A special thank you to my PIC
and his mum .cal58 who've been lifting the huge lump that is Riley whilst I haven't been able to. And for everything else you've done for us. I'm so grateful πŸ™ I'm not sure who is looking forward to me being back to normal more, me or Gary. He is so tired from all of the family life stuff plus working, he just looks constantly stoned (and not in a good way). I love you Gaz! 🀣

I am looking to 2026 with so much optimism and excitement. I can't wait to be able to look after my babies properly again and run around with them. I also cannot wait to share more yoga with you all and very exciting things are on the horizon (I'll be able to tell you more in the coming months) ☺️

Hi there πŸ‘‹

I'm Vicky. I probably should've done one of these intro posts a long time ago but hey, better late than never.

I have practiced yoga for the past 12 years and have been teaching for 9 of those. I found yoga during my path into teaching fitness classes and fell in love with the practice and how it made me feel. Movement has always been like therapy to me and I love being able to share that with others. Whether that's going for a run, dancing at a rave or doing a class at the gym; I quite literally love it all.

Yoga is more than just movement. It is self enquiry! It has helped me to love and accept myself; which is a journey I'm still on. It has also taught me to slow down and find joy in simplicity. I am in my element when I'm outdoors exploring, so naturally, beach yoga became my ultimate happy place.

I have two beautiful children; Anja and Riley. They are my greatest achievement to date and they are also the reason I need to do more yoga; to keep me flexible, strong and more importantly, SANE!

I hope to share some mindful movement with you soon.

Silent disco yoga πŸ•ΊπŸ½πŸŽΆπŸŒ…

This was one of my last sessions on the beach this year and it was epic!

Dancing is one of the best things we can do to relieve stress and tap into joy. Team that up with being in nature and a beautiful sunset and you will instantly feel happier. That is a promise!
