Do you find yourself sabotaging your fat loss because you can’t stop eating?

Here are some simple actions you can implement to help.

These have worked well for my clients.

1. For most people 20-40 grams of protein per meal is adequate.

2. Include vegetable to get enough fibre.

3. Put your phone face down, turn off the tv and stop working on your laptop.

4. Slow down and take your time to eat, food isn’t going out of fashion!

5. Drink water before your meal and stay hydrated throughout the day. If your urine is clear then you’re drinking enough.

It saddens me to see so many people rock up to the gym without a plan, do a random workout every time and wonder why they don’t get results.

Sound familiar?

The problem with doing a random workout and changing what you do every time is that you don’t have any data or markers to compare against and monitor your progress from your last training session.

If you are serious about your goal and want to change your body then you need to have a plan, repeat it over and over again tracking every rep, set , and weight you lift and aim to improve on your performance next time.

That’s what all of my clients to day in day out do get the results they do.
