We carry the weight of sacrifices that often go unseen.🥀
We’re carrying everyone else’s emotional baggage.🎭
We’re often the primary parent/ caregivers.
We’re the planners & organisers.
We get harshly judged whatever we do (so just do you).
We’re still fighting for our human rights/trying to retain our human rights. 🙈
All this and still being asked to split the bills 😂.HAHA

Our bodies move through stress, grief, hormones, heartbreak, and burnout, in a world that isn’t designed for us in mind. 🌍

And yet… we still show up. 💪🏼 🤩

That is no small thing.
We are incredible.
