We are a husband and wife team, offering support and advice any time of the day or week, from our home or visiting you. I had the weight issues, but Gordon lived every 'up and down' moment with me: lacking in confidence, often in despair, not wanting to socialise, feeling out of control, constantly feeling guilty that I was letting my kids and husband down and no belief that it could ever change! Then 10 years ago my daughter's wedding was looming and I decided I couldn't bear the thought of being captured on film. I had to do something and was so glad that I found The 1:1 Diet. The feelings I got on that wedding day were unimaginable. Although the journey has not always been easy I have learned that it is definitely possible and it is that definite possibility and unimaginable feelings we want to give you no matter what your reasons are for searching this website: to lose weight, deal with health issues or just to find the real you. This Obesity Awareness Week, we’re celebrating real journeys, and transformations and today we're meeting Brooke 🙌
