For World Book Day we had our very own Where’s Wally hunt.
Scattered & hidden around the floor were a variety of different item’s & characters from wally’s world.

With a checklist in hand, plenty of eyes on the look out & lots of steps, they all worked together to complete the list. We had lots of fun seeing who could be the first to spot one.

To end we had a well deserved cuppa & a bit of a cool down colouring.

For World Bartender Day we had an afternoon of mocktail making.
With a vibrant atmosphere some of our lovely residents got to moving & shaking while preparing their own, freshly made mocktails.

With a variety of options to choose from & an option for More..Creativity by making up your own. We were all left feeling very tropical!

Manorhey recently hosted a vibrant "Move with More..." social as part of February Falls Awareness, bringing together residents, staff, and our Regional Director, Katrina.

The highlight was an energetic bowling tournament between the floors, which successfully promoted More...Movement and confidence through friendly competition. To support the day's focus on healthy living, we provided a selection of nutritious snacks and drinks. This event was incredibly beneficial, as it not only encouraged safe physical activity to reduce the risk of falls but also fostered More...Connection and a wonderful sense of community wellbeing!

Those living with us stepped back in time during a wonderful visit to Ordsall Hall, where they immersed themselves in the world of the Radclyffe family.

A highlight of the trip was the chance to try on authentic Elizabethan clothing, bringing the history of the manor to life in a fun and tactile way. This experience provided a fantastic boost to wellbeing, stimulating cognitive memory through historical storytelling and fostering More...Connection as everyone shared a laugh in their Tudor finery.

It was a day filled with More...Sensory engagement and discovery that left the whole group feeling inspired!
