Yoga for Happiness and Health Yoga classes using simple yoga flows. Combined with relaxation, meditation and breathing practices, the classes are designed to improve health and wellbeing.

A self-love yoga plan designed to motivate and improve flexibility.
This session blends movement, breathwork, affirmations and relaxation. 💗

The biggest thanks 🙏to Flixton Slim with Claire☺️, I finally reached my target weight on Thursday 21st November, losing a total of 2st 4lbs and back to my healthy weight😃
Following COVID infection in July 2022, I suffered with some physical health related problems, along with some personal life challenges and struggling to eat healthy meals between my yoga sessions, my weight increased!!
A massive thanks to the wonderful Claire and Thursday evening group, for all your inspiration, encouragement, support, friendship and fun over this last 18 months, to not only help me reach my target weight, but to totally improve my health and positively change the way I eat!!
Here is a snapshot of my journey and a few of the fabulous Slimming World meals that I’ve cooked so far!😋❤️
I am excited to be now starting on my new ‘Slim for Life’ plan with Claire.
I would definitely recommend Claire’s groups, if you are looking to improve your health and life with Slimming World. 🙏💖🙏💖
