Whilst I was working on my maps, cooked up a storm tonight with this pork dish it was incredible and I was very thankful for our slow cooker tonight… Food optimising tonight smelt and tasted amazing!

I did it all a bit differently this morning! Got up let the dog out made a brew and came back to bed, had a natter with Darcy then told her I was reading for 15 mins…. She went back in her room to do the same! Then I told myself wouldn’t it be brilliant if you exercised 3 times this week, today’s your last chance! So off I went, promising myself I wouldn’t give up until I’d run/walked/repeat at least a mile! And then I did two! Came home picked the dogs and Darcy up and went back around the park for a big walk 🐾 now sat with a coffee feeling very smug! It’s midday and I’ve hit 10k steps already! And it’s lasagne for tea! What a day!!! Is there anything you can do differently today to give you that “what a day” feels???

Ooooh 2 mile run today in the spring was so nice! Home to a big bowl of yumminess, one big zoom meeting and 1.5 swips for my lunch! I’m out with the girls tonight for dinner so I’m protecting myself where I can! How’s your day going???
