Calling all dads!

Take a gentle pause from the week and join us for a brand-new Slow Sundays session designed just for you and your little one.

This relaxed, welcoming class will introduce you to the beautiful practice of baby massage - a simple and nurturing way to bond, soothe, and support your baby’s development. No experience needed, just bring yourselves and enjoy some calm, connected time together.

🐰🌷 Easter Family Funday for Little Ones! 🌷🐰

Join us for a magical Easter Family Funday designed especially for our younger visitors! As it’s during term time, we’re making it extra special for the little ones who can come along.

📍 Sister and Soul Studios, Urmston

✨ Paint a Bunny Pot (worth £14) with MADE Studios – your child can get creative decorating their very own bunny pot, which will then be fired in the kiln and ready to collect a few days later. A perfect Easter keepsake!

🍪 Decorate Your Own Easter Biscuit – colourful icing, sweet treats, and lots of fun creating a delicious Easter masterpiece.

📸 Easter Photo Shoot – hop over to our beautiful Easter setup with stacks of hay and gorgeous Easter props for some adorable photos.
Casandra the photographer will be capturing the moments, and a gallery will be available afterwards so you can choose and purchase your favourite photos.

It’s going to be a morning full of creativity, giggles, and Easter fun – we can’t wait to see you there! 🐣💛

Jo from is back with her brilliant wellbeing workout - join us to put a Spring in your step, starting the week as you mean to go on 🙌🏼

We have a brand new exciting class launching on Tuesday with Shape with Felicity for mums and babies to attend together for a lovely Pilates session to move and bond with your baby 👶🏻

Tuesday evening at 7pm we’re so happy to welcome the ladies from Atelier Whimsy back into the studio for another popular watercolour workshop 🎨 Are you joining us?

Wednesday morning it’s time for mums and babies to relax and enjoy the calming sounds from Laura Rose Holistics 💫

Wednesday evening is our beautiful and popular pre natal yoga class with Sophia from 🤰🏼

Amy as always has a wonderful mid week treat of yoga and sound session planned for Wednesday evening 🪷

Thursday we introduce another exciting brand new class for our mums and babies to enjoy. Leeah from The Honeybunch Community will be welcoming you to connect and move with your baby 👶🏻

Friday morning we have another magical Willow & Wonder toddler session with Lisa and Laura. We can’t wait to see you under the willow tree for this weeks interactive story full of adventure and sounds 🌳🍄 💫

Connie returns to the studio on Saturday morning to welcome you for another beautiful somatic yoga session. Moving through moments of stillness and activation 🪷✨

To end the week in the most wonderful way, Laura is welcoming you for one of her very popular family sound baths. Let the whole family experience a bit of zen! 🧘 💫

Outside the studio you’ll find a printed timetable with an up-to-date list of contact phone numbers, perfect for passers-by or anyone without online access.
