Today I’m so pleased to introduce you to Becca, 💚
Becca has recently joined the So Nutrition team, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier to have her here.
We trained together over the past couple of years, first through advanced ADHD coaching with the brilliant , and then discovered we’d both independently signed up to study emotional eating training with the amazing Emma Murphy at the Eating Freely Coaching. It felt like one of those moments where you just know you’re on a very similar path.
Since then, we’ve spent a lot of time learning, sharing, and having very honest conversations about food, ADHD, and what this actually looks like in real life.
And that’s exactly why I’m so thrilled to welcome Becca to the team.
Becca brings such a thoughtful, compassionate approach to emotional eating, especially where it overlaps with ADHD and autism, impulsive eating, and the pressure many of us feel trying to “get it right.” Alongside that, she brings something just as important — lived experience.
This video is part of a new series we’re creating together in the So Nutrition team:
Conversations in My Kitchen
I spent the day with Becca in her beautiful home in Kent, and we talked and talked all day about the things that don’t always make it into neat plans or polished advice.
The reality of feeding yourself and your family
The mental load. The spoons.
The days where it works… and the days where it really doesn’t
No perfection. No performance. Just real life.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing many more of these conversations — the small wins, the practical tips, and the honest moments that can make food prep feel a little bit easier.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re the only one finding food hard, you’re not.
We’d love to know — what feels hardest for you right now when it comes to food in your home?
