Hello everyone,

I wanted to let you know that our class venue is changing. As you know, St. Clement’s Church Hall is now being used by the Pre-School, and although we were told this wouldn’t affect us, their schedule has now taken priority.

So, from Tuesday 7th October onwards, our morning Pilates classes will take place at:

📍 Hartford Community Centre
Canterbury Rd, Urmston, Manchester M41 0RX, United Kingdom
🕤 Tuesdays 9:30–10:15am

I’ve called it “Summer Break” to stay positive but actually it’s Operation elbow break. As most of you know I’ve suffered for years with my elbow, I’ve had physio, steroid injections and Plasma Replacement Therapy… this time I’m going to rest after the procedure to hopefully end the pain! Thank you for supporting my classes. I truly appreciate it. I wouldn’t even have a class with out you all 🧘‍♀️
