So as some of you may know, I now have 2 businesses under the umbrella of PULSE - and . Making twice as likely!

I’m currently on day 14 of my Mind & Body Detox 🙌🏼 Mentally I’m a lot clearer, in fact it’s what inspired me to start another business… yes a third one! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 Like I don’t have enough going on already 😬

Another ‘side effect’ …or well, bonus really is I’ve lost 6lbs already without even trying. WHOOP!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve also been struggling with unbalanced hormones for more than a couple of years now, being on the wonderfully unpredictable Peri merry-go-round 😵‍💫 I have to say I’ve been much less exhausted, calmer & less likely to ‘flip’ at nothing, plus my mum even commented I’m “unrecognisable”… in a good way I hope 😂

Anyhoo… it got me to wondering how many of you lovely lot are happy with your current lifestyle, food choices, & mental clarity 🤔 Is a free, guided 30 Day Reset something you would be interested in, before the chaos of, (dare I say it), the festive season starting?

🌿🪱🐛 NATURAL PARASITE CLEANSE 🐛🪱🌿

Have you ever done or been curious about doing a Parasite Cleanse & the benefits to you/your family? Feedback on experiences or Questions in the comments please 🗣️💬

There are many types of Parasite Cleanses out there, both natural & chemical… However, these days I avoid hammering my body with unnecessary chemicals or ‘medication’ & so have opted for a natural option. We are looking to stock this brand in store at P U L S E - Fashion & Wellbeing, so I wanted to try & test the results first hand myself.

I have been experiencing excessive unexplainable fatigue for a long time now, that no amount of sleep has been able to relieve & after extensive investigation, blood tests, diagnostics etc I put it down to the perimenopause.
