We are personal training experts based in Urmston, Manchester. Our goal is to create a training environment from which you are able to thrive in. JW Fitness was born out of the need for quality Personal training to help members change their lives as well as help them achieve things they never thought possible. With each challenge in our lives - work, children, injuries, travel - your goals and what you want to achieve in life become less of a priority and can then seem less and less achievable. Last week I was on holiday in Dubai.

The day after I returned missiles were being shot down in Dubai airspace.

Absolutely crazy world.

I hope everyone stays safe and this craziness ends asap.

However, it left me feeling very lucky and very grateful that we returned on Friday safely.

But it proves a point I will bang on about to anybody who will listen, life is too short to take it for granted.

We just don’t know what and when our circumstances will change. So it is important to embrace what we do have.

Our family, our friends, our health and fitness.

That's why you need to stop putting off your health and fitness and start today. Stop saying:

“ Il lose some weight first then go to the gym”

“When this work project settles down il start going to the gym”

“I will start eating better and exercising when I have more time to do it”

“Now isn’t a good time to start, il wait till the perfect time to start”

The longer you put it off the more chance it will never happen, so start today, START NOW!

P.S - Dubai is an incredible place and when it all settles down I would highly recommend it to everyone.
