Meditation Classes..Wednesdays. Healing Sessions flexible. This Meditation group is my giving back, for everyone to find their path and enjoy their journey.

Hi.... I was born outside of Colchester in Essex, no..... too far from Brentwood to qualify as an Essex Girl and I've non of the moves. Majority of my work time was spent as a medical representative, loved the job but alas fell prey to M.E. which I worked with and around quite successfully for several years.... provoked by excess stress, a sports background and a genetic propensity. As I look ba

ck it was the best thing to happen to me as I learned to find my internal body awareness, and how to slowly but surely self heal. Things are pushed in your way for you to learn... hence the wonderful Craig Swinnerton and his tuition in the energies of Tai Chi. [Highley recommend him if you want a true understanding of martial arts} Then Reiki was suggested, eyes fully open now I could join the dots on how to help people self heal and regain their mojo. Life doesn't stand still and I found that the more I opened myself up to the energies I became a candle in the dark, for other energies to seek me out.... hence I work with Angels, and Healers in Spirit. I'm a channel, nothing more, but I keep learning and my channelling strengthens... so I keep an open mind and an open heart and await more depth to my work each day. My Healing is unique I believe I find I work with all the energies at once, it"s now habitual ...but if some energy is not requested I can tailor to suit. During each Healing session I also amalgam Crystals and colour. This may be classed as a business but this is not how it is run....

I don’t know why I bother buying plants the birds do a better job..!
Wild violets and tastefully planted dandelions… lovely colours and 🐝 super happy

A grey day…uninspiring then a little moment of pure magic… and you notice the blue skies were there all the while..
So easy to stop noticing the good things when we settle into just noticing the grey ..

Hibernation over!. Awoke refreshed and upgraded 🤔
My Healers have strengthened their delivery system… their guidance is different… all encompassing … with a new precision.
This is a sanctuary.
I work until (they are) done.. 90mins minimum always £35… no matter how long.
Whatever feels out of kilter physical..emotional ..mental stress…. I am here no set business hours… need doesn’t always fit.💚
